Right to Privacy: To our people your privacy will be respected, and any information obtained during operations will be handled confidentially and by applicable laws and regulations.
Right to Professionalism: Our people have the right to expect that ISIA personnel will conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times.
Right to Fair Treatment: have the right to fair treatment, including equal opportunities for training, advancement, and recognition, regardless of race, gender, religion, or other characteristics.
Right to a Safe Environment: Everyone has the right to a safe environment free from harassment, discrimination, and violence.
Right to Representation: ISIA Agents have the right to representation and support in the event of disciplinary actions or grievances.
Right to Training and Development: ISIA Agents, have the right to ongoing training and professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Right to Freedom of Association: ISIA Agents, have the right to freely associate and participate in collective bargaining activities, as permitted by law.
Right to Due Process: Both ISIA Agents and to our people have the right to due process, including a fair and impartial investigation and resolution of any disputes or complaints.
Right to Accountability: Both ISIA Agents and to our people have the right to hold the ISIA accountable for its actions and decisions, including through transparent reporting mechanisms and recourse for grievances.
